3 Ash pressure: 1MPA Nominal
4. Pneumatic actuator air supply pressure;0.4-0.6MPA
5. Ambinet temperature: 5-55℃
6. Connection: Flanged
7. Location: Outdoor
8. Climate: mostly dry & hot
To solve the abrasion problems, the body of ceramic dual disc gate valves are lined with ceramic which has excellent wear resistance, and the disc is also with ceramic sealing ring to be abrasion resistant.
Normally ceramic double disc gate valves are pneumatic operated, because they are used as discharge valves or feeding valves widely in pneumatic conveying system for fly ash, limestone, powder and other bulk materials etc.
